Abstrak
This study departs from the premise that emotional trauma in congregants constitutes a psycho-spiritual wound that disrupts meaning, identity, relationships, and trust in God. Church practice has tended to be fragmented: pastoral healing operates as emotional accompaniment, while divine healing prayer functions as a separate spiritual act. Using a constructive method, this study formulates an integrative model that connects them both in a trauma-informed, theological, and operational framework. The ministry sequence encompasses safe reception, wound assessment, meaning reconstruction, discerning healing prayer, community reintegration, and referral when necessary. This integration enables the church to serve as a healing community that neither oversimplifies trauma nor detaches suffering from the horizon of faith. The primary contribution of this study is a holistic, responsible, and applicable psycho-spiritual ministry model for local churches accompanying congregants who experience emotional trauma.
