Christian education often succeeds in transmitting knowledge but frequently fails to guide learners toward understanding the meaning of their existence before God. Many learning processes stop at cognitive and moral achievements without nurturing awareness of the calling to live within God’s mission. The fundamental issue stems from a perspective that dissociates humans from their relationship with the Creator, resulting in an independent interpretation of meaning. Reorientation is needed by placing human existence in the light of the Missio Dei so that life is understood as participation in God’s work of reconciliation and restoration. This study integrates missional theology, human existence, and Christian education to formulate an educational direction that shapes persons who actively participate in God’s mission. The analysis shows the need for a shift from academically oriented education toward development that engages the mind, affections, and will. Educational success is measured not merely by knowledge but by lived faith, just relationships, a spirit of reconciliation, and involvement in communal restoration. Missio Dei, therefore, is not simply part of the curriculum but the foundation of the entire learning process. Christian education, rooted in the Missio Dei, directs human existence from self-orientation toward faithfulness to God and meaningful participation in God’s restorative work in the world.
