Harvest Theology sebagai Teologi Kehadiran Teologisasi Inkarnasi sebagai Fondasi Pelayanan bagi Orang Sakit dalam Kerangka Missio Dei

Abstrak

The rising burden of chronic illness has made the hospital ward one of the most concrete sites of human vulnerability, while Indonesian health regulation now formally recognizes the spiritual dimension as a component of palliative service. This development exposes a gap on the ecclesial side: ministry to the sick is generally placed within a charitable pastoral frame and separated from the framework of mission, while harvest theology tends to be narrowed into a paradigm of harvest measured quantitatively. This article aims to define Harvest Theology as an Indonesian evangelical-Pentecostal theological paradigm that emphasizes the urgency of evangelistic reaping, reconstruct it as a theology of presence, and propose the theologization of the incarnation as a foundation for ministry to the sick. It employs library research with a constructive-theological approach through critical correlation among sources in missiology, pastoral theology, and spiritual care studies. The findings show that the theologization of the incarnation, understood as participation rather than imitation, yields four axioms of ministry: the priority of presence, vulnerability as mode, the solidarity of the cross, and hospitality. Ministry to the sick is read as the praxis of these four axioms within the framework of missio Dei.

Meningkatnya beban penyakit kronis menjadikan ruang rawat sebagai salah satu lokus kerentanan manusia yang paling nyata, sementara sistem kesehatan Indonesia kini secara regulatif mengakui dimensi spiritual sebagai komponen dalam pelayanan paliatif. Perkembangan ini justru memperlihatkan kesenjangan pada sisi gereja: pelayanan kepada orang sakit umumnya ditempatkan dalam kerangka pastoral karitatif dan terpisah dari kerangka misi, sementara harvest theology cenderung dipersempit menjadi paradigma penuaian yang diukur secara kuantitatif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendefinisikan harvest theology sebagai paradigma teologis evangelikal-Pentakostal Indonesia yang menekankan urgensi penuaian jiwa, merekonstruksinya sebagai teologi kehadiran, dan mengusulkan teologisasi inkarnasi sebagai fondasi pelayanan bagi orang sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan teologi konstruktif melalui korelasi kritis antarsumber misiologi, teologi pastoral, dan kajian spiritual care. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teologisasi inkarnasi, yang dipahami sebagai partisipasi dan bukan peniruan, menghasilkan empat aksioma pelayanan: prioritas kehadiran, kerentanan sebagai modus, solidaritas salib, dan hospitalitas. Pelayanan kepada orang sakit dibaca sebagai praksis aksioma keempat tersebut dalam kerangka missio Dei.
