Kurikulum Pelatihan Guru Sekolah Minggu Berbasis Inner Touch

The inner touch-based Sunday school teacher learning approach is an approach model that builds teacher competence as a teacher who can control the hearts of Sunday school children. An Inner Touch-based learning approach can also have a good impact on children attending Sunday school classes at church. This research aims to produce children's learning outcomes that prioritize the inner/heart dimension rather than the knowledge/brain dimension. This research uses a bibliographic method by using articles, books, and related documents as the subject and object of study in writing. From this research, it can be concluded that inner touch-based Sunday school teacher training is very important for Sunday school teacher training institutions and churches to provide knowledge for Sunday school teachers.

Abstrak
Pendekatan pembelajaran guru sekolah minggu berbasis inner touch merupakan model pendekatan yang membangun kompetensi guru sebagai pengajar yang bisa mengendalikan hati para anak-anak sekolah minggu. Pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis Inner Touch juga dapat memberikan dampak yang baik bagi anak dalam mengikuti kelas sekolah minggu di gereja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pencapaian hasil belajar anak-anak yang memprioritaskan dimensi batin/hati bukan dimensi pengetahuan/otak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode bibliografi dengan menjadikan artikel, buku, serta dokumen yang berkaitan sebagai subjek dan objek kajian dalam penulisan. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan pelatihan guru sekolah minggu berbasis inner touch sangat penting dilakukan oleh lembaga pelatihan guru sekolah minggu dan gereja untuk memberikan pengetahuan bagi guru sekolah minggu.
