Adolescents of the digital generation are growing up in an "age of anxiety" marked by rising rates of anxiety and depression, while their faith is often too shallow to sustain resilience. This article aims to develop a model of faith formation that cultivates spiritual resilience among adolescents in Christian religious education (PAK). Employing a conceptual-critical method that brings the psychology of resilience into dialogue with theology, this study contextualizes the ROOTED model, originally formulated by the author for pastoral resilience, within the domain of adolescent faith formation. The article argues that spiritual resilience is not merely coping or immunity to pressure, but rather a rootedness in God that enables adaptive endurance, with consequential and generative faith as its prerequisite. The six components of this model are perichoretically interrelated, namely, rooted in Christ, oriented toward hope, open to woundedness, tending the body, enduring in community, and doxological. These components are developed for the adolescent context and operationalized within PAK praxis, with the affirmation that this model complements rather than replaces professional mental health services. The article's contribution is a theologically anchored integrative framework for resilience-forming Christian religious education.
